Monitor's phone system package provides integrated export of phone data to be combined with all existing disbursement recovery with direct automated importing the accounting software. Live on your network, this software gives you instant access to the time, duration and cost of each call made.


On the completion of phone calls a pop-up window appears on the staff workstation prompting them to enter in a matter number. Once this information is entered the cost of that call is then billed against the relevant matter. This system can be tailored to each individual’s requirements. For example, senior management could have set a list of 20 clients that they may represent.


When numbers are dialled from the list the call cost is automatically allocated to their account without having to enter in billing details. You can also set up minimum call costs to recover and allocate calls over a certain amount. Some members of staff may not require this system be installed for their calls.
