These terminals will allow your copier or facsimile machine to be enabled once your user ID and client/matter
number have been entered via the keypad. User name and number, depending on your requirements, will record all
transactions completed and then allocated them to the relevant client/matter. Data is then imported into your
accounting package (where Applicable) for billing purposes. The automation of data will take place at a
predetermined time each night as specified by you. By doing this you will have accurate figures to draw your
disbursement costs from.

MB20M TCP/IP Readers can be accessed via PIN or card (mag, chip or prox) or a combination of both.
Rather than utilising problematic motorised or insertion card readers, Monitor terminals simplify the
process by utilising either a card swipe or chip card "read". This method of authenticating the user is
simpler and quicker than proprietary motorised card reader formats and prevents problems associated with bad
read / writes, card jamming, faulty motors, drive wheels and cogs. Monitor's efficient operation will cut
queue times and eliminate cards with money stored being left in readers. Monitor ensures happy customers.
The Monitor swipe card readers feature "soft loaded" dynamic heads ensuring they will be kinder to your
photo ID and corporate cards.

MB80 TCP/IP Readers are accessed by alphanumeric codes. The QWERTY keyboard layout is ergonomically
designed for easy operation and data input. All card reader displays are customisable from the central
Supervisor software. This allows global notification of system and price changes "on the fly". You could
even use the displays to post messages to your clients. As stated earlier all card reader and system
management is accessed through a single administrator interface, therefore there is no requirement or
need to load software or check terminals via physically visiting each reader, reloader or service
application location.
